Direct delivery includes a five-meal package delivered to each older adult every week. Because of this direct home delivery Grab-and-Go meals will no longer be offered at the centers.<\/p>\n<p>Seniors can receive meal delivery by connecting with <a href=\"https:\/\/www1.nyc.gov\/site\/dfta\/services\/find-help.page\">their local senior center<\/a> or calling DFTA&#8217;s Aging Connect at 212-AGING-NYC (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cb11m.orgtel:212-244-6469\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">212-244-6469<\/a>) or call\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cb11m.orgtel:311\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">311<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Homebound older adults already receiving home-delivered meals through DFTA&#8217;s case management agencies will continue as usual.
